About Morris Wax

As a young child, Xavier Morris III had never paid much attention to the numerous candles around his house. From as early as he could remember his mother, Mrs. Morris, had always enjoyed candle making. In fact she had let all 6 of her children, of which Xavier was the youngest, help her from time to time.

As Xavier grew he became able to help his father and brothers with the harvest. It was during these years that he was introduced to the many uses of wax. He saw his father and brothers dipping vegetables from the field in wax before shipping them. This intrigued a young Xavier who had traditionally thought of wax only as part of the candles his mother loved so much. Friends soon told him of the many therapeutic uses as well, and he began to dream.

Xavier Morris III decided to start his own wax distribution in Springfield, Missouri. Soon his client list grew from just a few neighborhood families to cover a majority of the midwest.

Now the company that Mr. Morris started is a direct distributor for IGI, one of the largest wax manufacturers in the world. He has the support of chemists and technical service representatives who have been solving wax application problems for customers for over 50 years.
